I have made a booking on **nd March for my shifting dated *nd April, but there was no updates from team, I called team more than ** times then I finally I got to know my shifting has been postponed to *rd. Without my permission.
Due to this I had to pay additional rent to my landlord.
Even on *nd April at *: **pm i got a call from vendor that they won't be able to shift tomorrow (*rd April). I have called every one in the escalation tram but no support.
I have got a call at *:**pm from executive that due to covid you will not be able to shift on Saturday, instead on Monday (*th April) u can.
I told him I can't wait for * days I have to leave additional leaves for shifting u may arrange another vendor or reimburse the amount I am going to pay to other vendor also drop me an email that u are cancelling this shifting.
But again I haven't got any email and no support.
I have called the sales spoc more than **times and multiple msg but no luck.
It's been more than a week now m shifted to new places but again your team is not bothered to call me weather i have done the shifting or not.
It's was truly harassment from this Pathetic company.
