Dear Sir,
I ordered a Jockey Vest from Lydur Mart and this people sent me a different colour jockey vest so I cancelled the order and placed request for pick up of order from my house but the customer services stopped responding to my queries even when I called Mr. Umesh Raj owner of Lydur Mart for refund he also harrased me . A legal notice was sent to them to which they said that my money will be refunded on ** Aug **** but again they stopped responding to my queries. This Ecom ship has cheated many customers. I want apology from Umesh Raj and his family running this business and also compensation of Rs * ,**,*** for mental harrasment and not refuding money and even keeping phone switched off. They have Harassed me and I want compensation of extra Rs **,*** for not calling to and response to my mails or calls as well as kept me in hold for * year for not refunding my money.
