MANOJ KUMAR GAUR filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Apr 1, 2019
I would like to share that I have raised the complaint on *st March **** post receiving an attached statement with regards to the debit of INR *,**,***.** dated **th Feb **** from my HDFC Credit card without opting for the auto debit facility. Received response from HDFC that this has been done because I have opted (Refer attached Correspondence) for this which is not true. After investing the matter internally with my office I came to know that HDFC is doing the same with other colleagues also by paying company Airtel mobile bill through their HDFC CC. My concern is why this is happening with HDFC CC only.
First of all HDFC Bank approached for their stall in our office and given us this card around July **** and now we are facing mental aggravation for the internal issue. FYI please I have blocked my said card to avoid further miss use after discussing with customer care representative. I have sorted out this matter with Airtel post discussing with Airtel management and disputed amount is going to reverse back in my CC within * to * working days as per the last night attached email received from Airtel. Please make sure to accept the amount.
Now I urge to investigate the matter seriously and let me know the action to be taken against the people responsible for my mental harassment. I personally think that I have done some crime by using HDFC CC even paying more than * Lakhs income tax per month to GOI. I demand a full investigation from their end and also issuing separate mail to PMO Office to find out the truth.
