We obtained membership for * years in July ****. We were promised gym/club/facilities like movie/flight ticket services. Whenever we enquired about the availability of these services, they were NEVER AVAILABLE on the said dates. Since we could not avail ANY of the services, we requested for a refund of the membership amount. We were promised a refund which till date we have NOT received.
We have repeatedly followed up for the refund but the date that they confirm is always pushed by them.
PLEASE help to retrieve our hard earned money from these frauds! We are senior citizens and this is mental harassment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
