Fitness Studio Bankura - membership cancelled

On *th July **** I was informed that my membership stands cancelled from their end. The Manager present there said that the owner has cancelled my membership.(Audio stored as an evidence). A mail in writing was forwarded immediately from my end to Owner of fitness studio(fsgym**@gmail.com) stating the reason for the same (Copy attached). Today, *th July **** there has been no response from his side stating the grounds for the same in writing and also with (supporting evidence). I even requested them that please return my **** membership fees to which they stated that the admission fees is non- refundable. I understand that they can keep that if I am leaving the gym from my side but here I am being forcefully being said to leave. Also, plans are being made to tarnish my image being in the field of Law and from a reputed family is this acceptable? I along with my brother Mr. Sujoy Patra membership stands cancelled (membership fees not refunded). He is a teacher of a reputed Govt college but was clearly said membership stands cancelled. Is this acceptable? We are hereby giving final ultimatum to either settle the disputes amicably or else E- dakhil complaint will be lodged with all evidences from our end. It seems from the silence of the owner since earlier complaint lodged ******* the entire blame is being put on me. Even after paying appropriate fees I cannot raise my voice for deficiency and Negligence In Service. This is deficiency in service and Unfair business practices. I am hereby calling upon him to state the reasons in writing with supporting evidence the reasons I am being forced to leave the gym and I am being mentally harassed from his end.
