I enrolled in the Global Counsellor Certification and Super Counsellor Program of Univariety (International Educational Gateway Pvt. Ltd) by **th November ****, afternoon. I opted for the EMI option and paid a down payment and get into the EMI payment scheme of Techinfo Capital Pvt Ltd. for the further installments of the Fees as the Univariety's financial partner.
Right now, I got a problem with emergency business travel outside India. So I decided to apply to cancel the admission and look for an EMI Loan cancellation. As I didn't use any of their services, I forwarded the same concern to Univariety on Ticket No. ***** within ** hours of purchase. But they are not willing to refund it.
Then I contacted the financial partner, Techinfo Capital, they are ready to help in cancellation and refund but the seller has to initiate the process. Here officials gave me the reply that, they are not going to help me to cancel or refund anything and their legal advisors will take care of whatever issue happened on this.
After hearing this, I put this issue forward to the National Consumer Helpline, Govt. of India.
Univariety's customer service is the worst I have ever seen. As I am not engaged or started in the process of learning with their platform and also reported my cancellation within ** hours of purchase I believe that I'm on the right side. Please help resolve this issue.
