I wish to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with Meesho, which I have recently experienced with the Meesho team. My name is Neha Yadav, and I am registered on the Meesho seller panel under the name Myra Fusion. I began selling on Meesho in June and have had a distressing experience as a seller. A customer placed an order for a beautiful partywear suit, which was received by a Shadowfax representative on June **, ****. Subsequently, the return to origin (RTO) process was initiated on June **, with Shadowfax AWB number R**********FPL. The Shadowfax rider validated the product, confirming that it matched the Meesho image, as evidance i have screenshot shared by shadowfax rider and unpacking vedio. Initially, it took ** days for me to receive my return parcel, only to discover that my original order was missing and I received a cheap top instead. (Videos and pictures are attached.) I raised a complaint on July **, but Meesho was unable to investigate the root cause until July **, at which point they closed my ticket Ticket NO ************* with a vague comment stating that the customer received the wrong product, despite the rider confirming its authenticity along with the RTO images. Currently, Meesho is neither willing to process my claim nor return my product, and they are not allowing me to reopen the ticket. Therefore, I kindly request that you look into this matter thoroughly and consider hiring a skilled customer/seller helpline team to address such issues. I have had five RTOs pending with Meesho Shadowfax, which are quite costly, and Meesho's negligence is causing me to loose complete faith and trust in the platform. I look forward to your response and assistance.
