I ordered * products from meesho they were not that great so I requested for return the courier boy took both the products and gave me the receipt for only * product after some days I got refund for only * product and for other it shows that my return has cancelled I contacted courier person and his head they both accepted that they had * products received and apologies for it after complaining many time company is not ready to refund and send the same reply again and again that they cannot track other products so they cannot refund my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
