Sir/Madam, I have ordered * shorts combo from meesho app on **th July. Product was delivered on **th July and I found that the size does not fit and asked for an exchange. Meesho initiated the exchange twice but, their courier did not pick up the product and they have requested me to courier it back to supplier for myself and promised to refund the courier charges up-to Rs ***. I shipped and shared the courier receipt on **th August and meesho confirmed on *th September that they will refund the product price of Rs *** and courier charges of Rs ** and asked me to wait for * days. Since the refund was not credited to my bank, I again called Meesho and they asked me to share my bank statement instead of they providing me the transaction id or deposit slip. I shared the jpg copy of bank statement on **th September and they logged a ticket ******** on **th September. When there was no response, I called them back again on **th September and they insisted they need pdf bank statement. I shared the pdf statement on **th September. Ever since, they always say their backend team is working on it and they do not have any update on what is been done. They gave new L* ticket id ******** and email ticket id UQMG-******. Everytime I call they give me a ** hr, ** hr time or ask me to wait for * days and say their backend team is working on it. This has been happening since day *. Please help me get my refund of Rs *** + ** = Rs ***. Attached are some email conversations with meesho. I can provide any additional details if required.
