Meesho and Volma Couriers - Meesho is continuously sending me unordered items

This is the third time I am getting unordered items from Meesho at my doorstep through their courier partner Volma couriers The first order was received in my absence on **st sept ****. Which contained SKU brand earbuds for which I need refund of Rs. ***. Second order came on **nd sept **** which had face mask and the third one today on ** sept ****. Which had earbuds again. The later two orders I did not accept. All the orders are COD.It is very frustrating and harassing how a company is using customer's details for their benefit. It is unethical and unprofessional..I am complaining about it because it is not stopping instead of reaching their customer care several times. They are not resolving this issue.
