Meesho - Meesho fraud

Hello Sir, I am Keagan Azavedo from Goa.  Meesho Online has cheated me, i got a phone call from their customer care number +************ (Ravi Shukla) stating that I won some gifts with their on going promotional offers and my name is in the top ten list. and that i should buy item from meesho worth rupees ****, after which they asked me to deposit it into the meesho current bank account number

so I did a purchase on meesho they ask me to cancel the order and send them the screenshot of the item I selected. Which was worth of **** rs. I transferred the money into their account. After which they asked me to select the gift of my choice, so I went with dell laptop worth rupees *****. Then I recieved call from their senior office name rahul from phone number +************, for confirmation to dispatch along with my ordered items  after which dispatch  team called me from phone number +************ and demanded rupees of **** towards the GST for sending me laptop to my place and said it would refund me within ** secs. /-  which I didnt transfer. Now I asked them to refund my money **** to back to my account they said I would recieve in * working days but not a single rupee Is refunded.

No  I don't need the gift nor the order but want my refund back. Of rupees ****. And mentally  tortured compensation also.

I therefore request your good selves to please help me in this matter. Meesho is an online reselling and purchase site. Their phone numbers are still active and working please do help me.
