Sumbul Ansari filed complaint against Meesho on Oct 8, 2022
I ordered jwellery set from meesho worth Rs**** on *st October ,i got the shipway delivery on * Oct via ecomxpress. With same order id and same amount, i paid via gpay and received my order, but when I unboxed it was completely different jwellery only worth *** rupees. I opened meesho app to complain and return but saw that my order was cancelled there, i requested call and then they asked me for images of product and invoice i did all that after that they said as this is direct dispatch we can't help sorry. I mean first of all meesho didn't informed me that my order was cancelled and secondly it gave all my details to seller and now saying it has nothing to do with the order. Its completely fraud. I request you to help me. I have tried to reach shipway company and ecomxpress and meesho but haven't got any help till now.
