प्रिय Voxya टीम / उपभोक्ता मंच,
मैं Meesho (Fashnear Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) पर एक पंजीकृत विक्रेता (Seller) हूँ। मेरा पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर [**********] है।
मैं Meesho और उसके कूरियर पार्टनर Delhivery की चरम लापरवाही के खिलाफ यह शिकायत दर्ज करा रहा हूँ।
*. पुरानी समस्या (जो पहले हुई):
मुझे Meesho पर कई ऑर्डर मिले। मैंने हर ऑर्डर को समय से पहले पैक करके Pickup के लिए तैयार रखा। मैंने Meesho सपोर्ट पर ** से अधिक टिकट रेज़ किए, लेकिन Delhivery का ड्राइवर एक भी बार मेरे दरवाजे पर पिकअप लेने नहीं आया। इस वजह से मेरे कुल ** से अधिक (**+) ऑर्डर एक-एक करके Cancelled हो गए। इसी कारण Meesho ने बिना कोई उचित कारण बताए, मेरा सेलर अकाउंट दो बार ब्लॉक कर दिया।
*. वर्तमान स्थिति (अभी क्या हाल है):
हालाँकि, इस शिकायत के दबाव के कारण Meesho ने मेरा अकाउंट तो अनब्लॉक (Active) कर दिया है, लेकिन मुझे अब तक मेरे **+ कैंसल ऑर्डर का एक पैसा भी मुआवज़ा (Compensation) नहीं दिया गया है। इसके अलावा, सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि Delhivery आज भी मेरे नए आने वाले ऑर्डर्स को पिकअप करने नहीं आ रहा है। जब तक Meesho मेरे लिए Delhivery की जगह कोई दूसरा कूरियर पार्टनर (जैसे Xpressbees, Shadowfax या Ecom Express) असाइन नहीं करता, तब तक मेरा बिजनेस पूरी तरह से ठप रहेगा और आने वाले सारे ऑर्डर दोबारा कैंसल होते रहेंगे।
*. मुझे हुआ नुकसान:
**+ ऑर्डर कैंसल होने से मुझे लगभग [₹**,***] का सीधा आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ है। इसके अलावा, अकाउंट ब्लॉक होने और अब भी पिकअप न आने के कारण मेरी दैनिक आय पूरी तरह से बंद हो गई है, जिससे मेरी आजीविका पर बहुत बुरा असर पड़ रहा है।
*. मेरी माँगें (Resolution Demanded):
कृपया Meesho को निर्देशित करें कि वे:
मेरे **+ कैंसल हुए ऑर्डर का पूरा मुआवज़ा (Compensation) और मेरे बचे हुए सारे पेमेंट तुरंत मेरे बैंक खाते में रिलीज़ करें।
मेरे लिए लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर Delhivery को बदलकर कोई भी दूसरी भरोसेमंद कूरियर कंपनी (Xpressbees / Shadowfax) असाइन करें, ताकि भविष्य में ऑर्डर कैंसल न हों।
इस खराब सेवा के लिए Meesho और Delhivery मुझसे औपचारिक रूप से माफी माँगे और भविष्य में इस प्रकार की लापरवाही न दोहराने का आश्वासन दे।
मैंने अपनी बात के समर्थन में सभी कैंसल ऑर्डर, टिकट और अकाउंट ब्लॉक के स्क्रीनशॉट इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न (Attach) किए हैं। कृपया मुझे न्याय दिलाएँ और Meesho को जवाबदेह बनाएँ।
