Saumic Crafts - Meesho App Fraud committed by Saumic Crafts an online company

I have fallen victim to a fraud committed by Saumic Handicrafts, a company based in Jaipur. They initially sent impressive videos showcasing themselves as a factory manufacturing handicrafts in Jaipur. They kept a webinar and insisted on attending the full training program with charges around ****. I registered with them and paid the fees. They then used my credentials to open an account on Meesho under the name of Richa Handicrafts, a company I own. I was receiving a few orders daily, but things took a turn when they contacted me, asking me to join a scheme requiring a certain number of sales per month. They sent me a link and asked for payment, which I made to an entity called Daya Enterprises. The person in contact with me was named Ramesh Mishra.

To date, I have paid Rs ***** for sales, but I didn't get any money back. When I investigated on my own, I found out that many products were cancelled and returned back to them (Saumic crafts) due to substandard quality and different products. Heavy return delivery charges and cancellation charges were imposed by meesho. When I confronted them with this fact, they started avoiding the dicussion and now they are not responding at all. It is now clear to me that I have been defrauded. I request you to investigate and determine how many other innocent people have been taken advantage of by these individuals. They sent me a Google sheet with payment entries, instructing me to make payments. I have kept all the necessary details and documentation of their communications. I kindly ask for your help in supporting victims like me and exposing this fraud. Based on your response, I would like to pursue a case with the consumer forum.
