Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report an issue with my Meesho account. Since Friday (* July ****), whenever I open the Meesho app, I receive the following message:
"User Verification Failed. Your verification has failed and you cannot access the app."
Because of this, I am completely unable to access my account or use any of the services available on the app. This issue has affected my work and caused significant inconvenience.
I have tried contacting Meesho customer support through calls and emails, but my issue has not yet been resolved.
I kindly request Meesho to:
Review my account manually.
Inform me of the exact reason for the "User Verification Failed" message.
Restore my account access as soon as possible if there has been any error.
I request your immediate attention and a prompt resolution to this matter.
