I ordered two same shirts of different colours from Meesho the seller was "GANESH NX" on **/**/**** of amount ₹***/- each. I received my order on **/**/**** and when I opened the package there was waste cut pieces of a saree inside the plastic and I was deeply disturbed to see that and when I tried to seek help through the customer care they denied to help me and I was very much irritated by this behaviour of them.
We use online shopping platform so that we can return or exchange our items whenever I want easily but this time meesho has done a fraud to me. They haven't verified the product before shipping from the seller that what they are sending inside the package.
I am thinking of filing a case in Consumer Court because we have a right that we cannot get cheated by this renown companies.
I always prefer prepaid orders through my credit card "One card" because of the trust and they have breached my trust by doing this fraud and scam.
