**-**-** തിയ്യതിരാത്രി വീട്ടില് വെച്ച് നെഞ്ചുവേദന അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടതിനാല് എന്നെ കോഴിക്കോട് മെഡിക്കല് കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയില് സൂപ്പര് സ്പെഷ്യാലിറ്റി ഒ പി യില് കാണിക്കുകയും പിന്നീട് **-**-**ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് അവിടുന്ന് വിടുതല് ചെയ്ത് കോഴിക്കോട് ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ട് കോ ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് ആശുപത്രിയിലത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അവിടെ അഡ്മിറ്റ് ചെയ്ത എനിക്ക് വേണ്ട ഇന്വസ്റ്റിഗേഷന് ടെസ്റ്റുകള് നടത്തുകയും **-**-** തിയ്യതി ഹൃദയാഘാതത്തെത്തുടര്ന്ന് ആഞ്ചിയോപ്ലാസ്റ്റി ചെയ്യുകയുമുണ്ടായി. **-**-** തിയ്യതി ആശുപത്രിയില് നിന്നും ഡിസ്ചാര്ജ് വാങ്ങി. ചികിത്സക്കായി ആകെ ചിലവായത് ******/- രൂപ ആയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് ഡിസ്ചാര്ർജ്ജ് ആവുന്പോള് എന്നില് നിന്നും *****/- രൂപ വാങ്ങിച്ച് ബില്ല് നല്കി പിന്നീട് **-**-** തിയ്യതി എനിക്ക് *****/- രൂപ റീഫണ്ടായി അനുവദിച്ച ചെക്ക് തരികയുണ്ടായി. സര്, പണരഹിത ചികിത്സയുടെ *ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ കവറേജുള്ള സ്കീം ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും ആശുപത്രിയില് എനിക്ക് *****/-രൂപ അടക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. മെഡി സെപ്പ് ഗുണഭോക്താകകളായ ഞ്നും ഭാര്യയും പ്രതിവര്ഷം *****/- രൂപയാണ് സബ്ക്രിപ്ഷനായി (പ്രീമിയം) ഇന്ർഷുറന്ർസ് കന്പനിക്ക് അടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ **** ലും **** ലും ഞാന് മെഡിക്കല് ഇന്ഷുറന്സ് ക്ലയിം ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ആളാണ്. എന്നിട്ടും എന്നില് നിന്നും മേല്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയായ *****/- രൂപ ബില്ലടപ്പിച്ചത് നീതീകരിക്കാനാവാത്തതാകുന്നു. അതിനാല് എന്നില് നിന്നും ഈടാക്കിയ പണം തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉചിതമായ നടപടികള് സ്വീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് താഴ്മയായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
ഇതിനോടകം തന്നെ നോഡല് ഓഫീസര്ർക്ക് ഞാന് പരാതി സമര്ർപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. (ഐ ഡി നന്പര് MG*****) അതിന്ർറെ മറുപടിയായി കൂടുതലായി വര്ർദ്ധനവ് ഒന്നും തരാന് കഴിയില്ല എന്ന് അറിയിച്ചതായി കാണപ്പെടുന്നു.
