We have been claimed for Emergency hospitalization under Medical- Pediatrics. My son Harshith Rahul was admitted on **/**/**** and IP extended till **/*/****(* days). IP admission is based on Lower Respiratory Tract Infection (Package - Medical management of Severe respiratory distress in pediatric patient not requiring ventilatory support - *****). Our total hospital Bill was **,***/-. As per package we had an Initial preauth approved amount- **,***/- But in final stage at discharge time hospital submitted the final bill and discharge summary on **/*/**** at *.**pm and we got the approval at **/*/**** at *.**pm. Details showing like this : Package amount - ****/- , Room charge - ****/- Hence total claim amount - ****/- in comment - as per package + room rent. As per Package included our package rate was- *****/- you have shown ****/-. Kindly please Reverify the Package rate and hospital bill and approve the amount as per package.
