I had ordered vogli Trio *.* for * stripes with order ID ********* and another ** stripes of Vogli Trio *.* with order ID ********* ,total ** stripes. The order was delayed and hence and returned all the ** stripes . This happened during *st or *nd week of November. With lot of correspondence your Apollo Helpdesk initiated the refund of Rs.***.* and Rs ****.**. There is no trace of the amount. Now they want to open the case again. I am ** years old and I am tired of corresponding. Please take immediate action of refunding the amount
