Cadila Healthcare Limited - Medicines not stored at 28 C as per product label by pharmacy store

I bought 'Happibiotic' Capsules (* capsules) as prescribed by the doctor (Dr. Falguni Vora of Shlok Hospital). The blister pack was provided to me from the shelf, stored at room temperature. When i reached home, i found that product has to be stored at *-* C in the refrigerator. I consumed * capsule but later went back to the store to inform them their mistake of not storing the product as per label and claim refund. They did not accept their mistake of not storing the product at proper storage condition. It is very important to store the medicine as per label to ensure its quality, purity, potency, efficacy, prevent degradation. Some times, degradation product also lead to severe side effects. They are endangering lives of so many patients by not storing the medicines as per product label.
