Apollo Pharmacy Mumbai - Medicines not received on time No intimation for being late either

I ordered for medicines online through Apollo Pharmacy in Mumbai worth Rs ****/- . The *st packet of medicines were to be delivered on the same day. However till next day it is not delivered. Neither there is any intimation / call for late delivery. It is really disgusting. Are they going to cover the expenses if any thing happens to the patient. This is not expected from such a reputed company.
