Medicines not deliverd even after ** days after placing the order and no tracking option available on site. The customer care executives giving false information about delivery and failed to confirm where is my order. The estimated delivery is also passed, and they dont have any answer for this issue. I have been advised by my doctor not to miss the medicine, but apollo is just making excuses and creating new case everyday, escalating it to next infinite levels.
They dont have any updates other than 'I understand your concern' , 'I have escalated your case' or 'You will receive update shortly' and goes on.
This is the first time I have booked order from apollo**/* and the experience is worst. Its been ** days I am reaching out to them on a daily basis and when asked for exact location of my order they disconnect my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
