Dear Sir,
I have ordered medicine Telnyle AM from Apollo pharmacy on **th March **** Vide order no ********* amount Rs ***/ After receiving the order they are not delivering the medicine. I have asked them to cancel and order and make refund on *rd April ****.
i have sent three mails for refund they don't reply and the operator simply cuts the phone and when the refund subject is raised.the attitude of the person in contact is very shameful for a company who boast of providing service.
i would request you to take up the case and try to get my refund which i shall be grateful to you.
