I have ordered medicine on October *th. estimated delivery date is October **th. But till now product is not delivered. Its been ** days now.

I am not able to track or cancel this order. An open ticket is raised but do not know the status. I tried to cancel the order but it rejected saying the product is in transit and could not be cancelled. I raised the complaint with healthmug and xpress bees ( for delivery delay) through email and complaint form. Healthmug has not responded to any of these. Today i received reply from xpress bees that my product is cancelled and returning to seller. For any queries i should contact seller. I have no contact no for the seller and i haven't cancelled the product as the message says product is in transit and could not be cancelled. Even if it is cancelled no details about refund amount. Experiencing very worst experience and the patient is short of medicine for nearly one month till now.kindly raise this as complaint and need justice for the action
