1mg - Medicine not delivered and order cancelled

I have placed order for medicin on *mg and initially the delivery date is showing of next day however next it was reschedule for next day so I waited another day as it happen sometimes however next day it again rescheduled for next day and it happens again and again for * days and when I discuss the matter to helpline all they say "we are sorry and we are working". Now they cancelled the order and refund the amount however this is not about money if they do not work on timely deliver and if they don't have the resources to meet the parameter, my understanding is this should be closed immediately as no one suffer. This is medicin service not a party cloth where they delayed and we can opt other item , no we can do that as this is matter of health and life so either they take this seriously or it better we don't have any option available which ended in false promise..
