picon 1 lotion - Medicine not delivered and money was already paid

I have placed medicine from "Medlife" on Feb *nd **** and it was prepaid order. The medicine was supposed to deliver by *th Feb ****. But still I have not received the product and when I have called the Medlife they are saying since the item was already dispatched they cannot cancel it from their end as well. I'm getting message from courier service saying the item will be delivered today but by the end of the day they are saying the attempt got failed, this is happening from past *-* days. I have contacted Medlife customer care almost **-** times they are saying the issue will be resolved but still they haven't solve the issue. My money is not refunded nor the medicine delivered.
