DH pulwama - Medicine negligence Murder by DH pulwama

In between the night of **th August **** a patient namely Mr Altaf Ahmad Bhat S/O.Mr Ab. Rahman Bhat soub the resident of Malik pora pulwama were admitted to a District hospital Pulwama at *:** pm who was having pain in his left and middle of the chest with high Blood pressure, immediately the Doctor on Duty prescribed him to go for an ECG and was given some pain killers in the form of injection and tablet. But the Doctors failed to regulate his blood pressure and the patient was claiming to have a continuous pain in the area.Then at **:**pm the Doctors on duty discharged the patient advising him to visit on next day for a physician check up. But within one and a half hour the condition of the patient gets worsened which finally resulted in his death there in the district hospital Pulwama in presence all those white collar murderers who failed to give the proper treatment to cardio patient even they didn't prescribe any Trop Test which is an essential test to know the cause of pain the chest areas, and unfortunately a Sister lost her brother,a wife lost her Husband,a seven years old daughter lost her father her mentor and the old parents their elder son who was the alone bread earner for his family,only because by the medical negligence done by the team of Doctors deployed there especially the Dr Isaq a plastic surgeon by specialisation failed to understand an ECG which ultimately resulted in the death of a young male aged ** years that too after a gap of * hours.Its clearly that the cause of his death is medical negligence because
The patient had worrying symptoms that weren’t dealt with quickly by the concerned team of Doctors
The hospital’s Emergency department failed to identify a serious condition of the patient as the ECG clearly indicates that the patient was going through an heart attack and the patient wasn't given sufficient supervision and care that he needs
and the patient didn’t receive essential medication or nursing care which resulted in his death. Simultaneously we along with the family move an application to medical superintendent DH Pulwama for which they assured that justice will be done to the bereaved ones so we all are waiting for the same and your esteemed self is highly requested to intervene personally as the family have lost their bread earner now they don't have any other source to live
