Alpha hospitals gummidipundi Tiruvallur dist Tamilnadu - Medicine name batch number name of the hospital not written in medicine bill

My neighbor went to hospital for treatment and they had given medicine with simple cash bill which doesn't have Medicine name, Batch code, individual medicine cost and even a name of the hospital. when i contacted them , they said that they used to give bills like that only and no need to mention everything. Please advise them suitably to follow the guidelines of Drug bill as prescribed by the indian government.
