Raksha Healthcare India Private Limited - medical reimbursment

I had admitted my daughter to Aastha Clinic on *th December **** and at the same time I informed the company through mail. On ** December, all the documents were sent through mail. On ** December ****, sent all the hard copies of documents through registered post. And after that I kept talking to their executive and he kept saying that your claim is under process. But now it's been almost eleven months and company says your claim has been canceled. I have also written mail to the complaint department of the company several times. But there is no response from their side either.
