*) OPPOSITE PARTY FAILED TO IDENTIFY INFECTION BEFORE SURGERY ON **-SEP-****

Opposite Party knows wound has to be clean without any bacteria to conduct the Flap cover and Skin Graft surgery. But Opposite Party not carried out any medical tests to identify the infection before **-Sep-**** surgery which shows carelessness in their medical treatment.
Opposite Party explanation not conducting medical tests for infection as they said in their counter file, the doctors observed no active discharge or puss on the wound which is unacceptable medical procedre because we cannot see the bacteria that causes infection with our eyes.
On **-Sep-**** before consulting Opposite Party I have consulted OMNI hospital, they have taken wound swab for CULTURE and SENSIVITY which is correct medical practice to identify infection which Opposite Party failed and very reluctant to accept that fact. The OMNI lab report made me understands that Opposite Party was conducted surgery on **-Sep-**** with the infection in my leg.
Opposite Party had given medical treatment for my leg from **-July-**** to **-July-****. This is one reason I have opted Opposite Party for treatment over OMNI hospital. In spite of medical history with them for treatment of the infection in my leg they failed to identify the infection before surgery on **-Sep-**** which shows Opposite Party does not bother previous treatment with them.


*) DAMAGE DONE TO THE LEG

After surgery on **-Sep-****, Opposite Party opened the dressing of the surgical wound after * days, they know it was infected and then next day they have taken wound swab for CULTURE and SENSIVITY which was reported as same infection as OMNI Hospital lab reported. This negligence of identifying the infection in advance before the surgery on **-Sep-**** leads to another debridement on *-Oct-**** which is total unnecessary

Now the surgery on **-Sep-**** is no useful due to another debridement on *-Oct-**** and this debridement is not simple cleaning process as Opposite Party mentioned in their counter filing. The damage can be accessed by anyone after looking at pictures that was taken before and after surgeries.

Opposite Party informed me I need another skin graft surgery but I have taken discharge on *–Oct-****.

From that day onwards I was under VAC treatment for * months, after that I stopped VAC and continued daily dressings. All this painful process might have been avoided if infection was identified and treated before **-Sep-**** surgery.
