Dr Phukans Dental Multispeciality Orthodontic And Implant Centre Dental Clinic - Medical Negligence

I write this with a lot of grief, that while undergoing my Orthopaedic treatment in Guwahati, the doctor; Mr. Raktim Phukan did not fulfill his duties as an Orthodontist. On the *th of November ****, at his clinic in Guwahati, he left a screw between my teeth and gums while performing a medical procedure. First of all, putting the screw was not necessary. Upon realizing that, he attempted to pull it out (on the same day). While doing so, he broke it halfway and that part is now stuck between my teeth and gums. He told me "It's okay for the screw to be there. This happens all the time". His suggestion was that I should leave a foreign object sits in my body when it has the potential to turn into an infection.
Coming to Delhi, I checked with several doctors. It has been advised to me that the screw needs to be surgically removed. I confronted Dr. Raktim Phukan and he told me again "It's ok for the screw to be there".
The right side of my face has resulted in swelling, just where the screw was left behind and he still fails to take responsibility and provide compensation for his mistake. Whatever treatment I am doing now, is a result of his carelessness. I have written him countless emails and sent him many messages. This is disheartening as him being a Doctor has caused an injury. An injury for which I will need to seek higher treatment. He has suggested a Doctor that runs a teaching institute, a space I am not comfortable in especially after what happened with him! Once I mentioned that I have been to several doctors in order to get second opinions, he abruptly stopped replying to me. I have been trying to reach him but he hasn't responded to me. If there is a misunderstanding, it needs to be cleared as to why he blocked my number and has been avoiding my calls/messages.
