I approached Apollo Home Care for my father and I paid the money for Home Visit. They came to the home and told me that that ey will be back in * Hour again if required. And my father's condition became very serious and they did not turn up in * Hour. After * hours in the evening they asked me to pay again then only they told me to pay again. My father's condition became serious for urine blocking and he went on death bed they are late by another ** min he would have died. I do have all receipts and communication from WhatsApp and bills also with me
