Max Superspeciality Hospital - Medical Negligence by Max Superspeciality Saket

We rushed our patient into ER after an accident and broken right shoulder AC Joint on * Oct ****, even tho we are covered under ECHS PANEL, we were charged falsely of ₹****, as emergency room bill. Even after that we were advised to see a doctor in OPD on Mon, we went their and were again refused to the benefits of ECHS PANEL amd fully charged ₹**** for consultation with Dr.Vikram Mhasker. Doctor advised us to go through a surgery asap maybe on Wednesday to resolve our problem. They asked for our panel and we told we have ECHS and corporate insurance as well. After that I went to admission desk asking for documents and permission required to carry on surgery in ECHS PANEL. Mr.Sandeep from admission desk told us we need to get admission approval from ECHS POLYCLINIC. I provided them with Admission Approval from ECHS on Tuesday morning and asked to conduct surgery next day i.e. Wednesday. But they refused to conduct it on Wednesday telling us unrelevant excuses. Basically, they wanted us to go on with surgery under Corporate Insurance claim rather then ECHS. They provided us with two different bill estimation for same surgery under ECHS and Corporate Insurance Claim. Both bills were having difference of almost ₹***** for same surgery. After that we were told that surgery will be done on Saturday (which is a week later from *st time we went in ER for medical assistance). Our PAC Tests were done on Thursday, for that also they charged us ₹*** and that same day in evening they refused to admit our patient under ECHS telling us it is not panelled anymore. This was all done to force us go with Mediclaim rather then ECHS. This whole incident was so harrassing and negligence of patient who also happen to be a Retrd. Indian Navy Officer. Max Superspeciality Hospital Saket has neglected, delayed, scammed, falsely charged, misconduct of patient and violation of patient and ECHS beneficiary rights. This whole delay of surgery and medical assistance has caused us total of ₹***** in expenses including Ambulance charges and hospital fees and other charges. Plus the delay in surgery has caused my father in delayed joining of duty causing a cut in months salary of almost ₹**,***. I would like to have a written apology and reimbursement of full loss of money caused by the utter negligence and unethical conduct on behalf of Max Superspeciality Hospital Saket.
