Jupiter Hospital Thane - Medical negligence by hospital

My brother was admitted to Jupiter Hospital Thane as he was having abdominal pain. Though we trusted and completely followed the diagnosis, prescription and advice of the doctors but there was no reduction in the patient's pain. When we consulted and run reports with another doctor, we were shocked to know that the actual problem was not even identified and treated in Jupiter Hospital.

After wasting money and time in Jupiter Hospital, we had to get our patient admitted in another hospital. I want to file case for medical negligence and want to demand compensation for mental & physical trauma.
