Manaswi Clinical Laboratory - Medical Negligence

Patient was suffering from severe pain. So, wanted to take urine culture test. The laboratory collected the specimen on **.**.** and said that reports will be given after * days I.e on **.**.**. When contacted the lab for reports on **.*.**, they said report will be given tomorrow. Again, when asked for the report on **.*.**, technician is carelessly saying that test has not been done yet. They made us un from pillar to post many times asking to come later, at last, they gave the reply. Patient is still suffering from severe abdomen pain. Such carelessness should be strictly punished as they are laboratory and they should deal with people. I am not asking refund, but posting this because they should not play with patient's life.
