Jaslok Hospital - Medical Negligence

My mother had a fall and she had pain in her hip so we took her to Jaslok hospital. Dr Ameet Pispati recommended PFN surgery and we agreed to it. After the surgery, she got severe pain in her knee and she has been bedridden for around * months. Later, we showed the pre-surgery X rays of her hip to * doctors, and they said there is no visible fracture and she did not need the PFN surgery. So not only we wasted our money on unnecessary surgery, my mother can't walk at all now. We complained to the hospital multiple times by contacting Saliha Khan and Dr Vidhi, who did not respond at all and ignored the issue. On top of that, Dr Vidhi asked me to consult the doctor again and enrich the hospital with our money some more. I have made * follow up visits to the doctor even as my mother was bedridden. I had to spend Rs **** for ambulance to bring her to OPD. She used to lie on the stretcher for * or * hours outside OPD and the doctor took all able-bodied patients before he would take her, despite repeated requests to the staff. There was hardly any post-surgery support by the hospital or doctor for her recovery. It is the standard practice by all orthopedics to assign a physiotherapist and keep track of the patient's recovery. There was total neglect by this doctor who was not even interested to take any calls after surgery.
Our life has been turned upside down due to the hospital's negligence. The hospital's doctors and staff took advantage of our helplessness and ruined our life. Our family and relatives had been using the services of this hospital for * decades and this is how they pay us back. For last * months I have put aside my career commitments and I have been taking care of mother, who can't even walk to the toilet, nor take her own food, nor wash herself. My fellowship has stopped since August **** because I can't go outside to do document work, thus my source of sustenance has also stopped.
