Amandeep hospital Srinagar - Medical negligence

I underwent a back surgery at Amandeep Hospital, Srinagar on [**/**/****], with the hope of recovery and relief. Prior to the surgery, I was completely mobile, independent, and physically well. However, due to serious medical negligence on the part of the hospital and its medical staff, I have tragically lost my left foot after the surgery.
This incident has not only caused me extreme physical suffering, but also mental trauma, loss of income, and irreparable damage to my future and livelihood.

I request you to take immediate and strict action against the concerned hospital and medical staff for their negligence and misconduct. I also request an independent investigation, revocation of license (if found guilty), and compensation for the damages caused to me.
