Future Generali Helth Insurance Com.ltd - Medical insurance policy not stopped even after death of one of ghe policy holder

i requested for stopping health insurance post demise of Ramesh Kumar on *th March n continuing policy only with the name of bimla Arora however after making several requests they kept deducting emi from account of bimla arora of rs****,(for joint health insurance policy) also on **nd june'** i was asked to pay ****rs(* months advance pymt) to start a new policy with a name of Bimla arora, i tusted them n made the pymt however on *th july'** again installment of rs **** has been deducted from my account without my knowledge n previous policy ia still running.i feel completely cheated & all the harassment i have been through in last * months were all in vain as the concern is still unresolved
