Swiggy food delivery company - May Salary not paid yet

Non-Payment of Salary for May **** by Aspire Teleservices (Swiggy Chat Process, Vadodara)I worked the entire month of May **** at Aspire Teleservices, Vadodara, under the Swiggy Chat Process, fulfilling all assigned duties. Despite completing a full month’s work, I have not received my salary as of July *, ****. After multiple follow-ups with Aspire Teleservices, I was told, “You won’t be paid,” without any valid reason. This is blatant exploitation and a violation of my rights as a worker.As Aspire Teleservices operates under Swiggy’s Chat Process, I raised the issue with Swiggy via their official X handle (@SwiggyCares). On July *, ****, they responded, asking me to send details via DM. I sent the required details on July *, ****, but have received no reply or resolution from Swiggy despite follow-ups. This lack of accountability from both Aspire Teleservices and Swiggy is unacceptable.

I demand the immediate release of my full salary for May ****, along with compensation for the mental distress and financial hardship caused by this delay. Additionally, I request that Swiggy investigate Aspire Teleservices’ unethical practices to prevent other workers from facing similar exploitation. Please escalate this matter to Swiggy’s management and relevant authorities, including the Labour Commissioner, if needed. I seek a swift resolution through Voxya’s intervention, failing which I am prepared to pursue legal action in a consumer forum or labor court.Thank you for addressing this urgent matter.
