Maxworth India LTD - Maxworth India LTD Cheated

Hello.
I am a citizen of bangalore, This issue is in regards to Property developer. Maxworth India LTD. Past * years back my dad purchased land from the company by paying money Rs *,**,***.**. Since there was no improvement done at all for the past * years. Dad decided to drop the papers and take the money back. Last month me and dad went to the office and gave a letter in writing asking them to give back our money. As per their company policy, they are suppose to return the money after ** days. But me and dad went to their office after ** days. They gave us the company owners number and asked us to call at **.**. When we called Mr, Keshaw answered he spoke very rudely to me and dad. Stating I will not give you money. Do what ever you want, go to court.. later after doing a bit of research, found that he has done the same to many people as well.
