Max Life Insurance Co Ltd - Max life term plan has not modifying the plan as promised

As promised by coverfox on behalf of max life insurance the current policy will get modified to the future policy having maturity includes the paid tenure period or else will get a refund for the paid tenure. Most importantly they are not even considering this issue, it's been more than half a year. The attachment shows in between the duration of complaint since earlier communication made on customer service number.
