Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd - Maturity amount withdrawal from Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd

Dear sir,
I , Mrs Ratna Karuna, aged ** residing in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh have invested an amount of * lac rupees (* lac each) in * Sahara money accounts : *********** and ***********.
Both accounts have been opened at the the Sahara Credit Cooperative Society Ltd office at Gajuwaka sector, Visakhapatnam. The account details and latest receipts are attached herewith for your perusal.
Upon the maturity of the accounts, I approached the same Credit Cooperative Society branch in Gajuwaka in May for withdrawal of the matured amount.
However, the personnel at the branch office were non-cooperative and callous towards me and have not acknowledge my request since about * months. Morevover, I was prone to their rude and hostile behavior and lack of minimal courtesy towards the customer and that too a senior citizen. With a lot of agony and desperation, I write this complaint in hope that my hard earned money will be issued back to me which will serve as the only monetary support I have at this juncture of my life.
