Sahara - Maturity Amount not received by Sahara India Pariwar

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Mohammedali Akbarali Sorathiya, resident of Mumbai had invested in Sahara Special Fixed Deposit Scheme on **-**-**** for the period of ** months and my Fixed Deposit Certificate no . is ************, A/C No. ***********, Authorized Centre: VASHI Branch (D-***, *rd Floor, Vashi Plaza, Vashi Flyover, Sector **, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - ******), and Date of maturity is **-**-**** for the Maturity amount of Rupees **,*** (Fifty-eight thousand four hundred and ninety-six).

I have already contacted the Branch manager Mr. V Dinesh Kanojiya (+**-**********) for claiming this amount. Even after repeated requests to the branch manager, I have not received my maturity amount till date. The Branch manager keeps on delaying the payment with various number of excuses and it's been ** months and counting that I have not received a single penny from them.
I've attached all the details regarding this scheme with this email. I request you to please look into this and help me receive my claim amount as I'm facing a huge financial crisis and I've also lost my job due to COVID Pandemic. Looking forward to hear from you soon
