We hold two term deposits with account numbers *********** and *********** on the name of Mrs. Mala Kriplani and Mr. Kripal Kriplani which has maturity date **/**/**** but we haven't received the maturity amount till date. Kindly request you to confirm the reason for same and redeem my fixed deposits as they are also matured.

I threaten to escalate the matter at high level because multiple times we have visited your jabalpur branch but not received any proper response from your branch.
