Dear sir/mam,

I am Deepak Sharma from Jhajjar, Haryana had deposited my money in ****, then after * years it has converted into Q shop. After maturity, not refunded & converted into GOLDEN ** ON **.**.****.
Now, its again matured on **.**.**** ( certificate ************ enclosed) but your team denied to give my money back.
Sir/mam, amount is near *.* lacs approx & money is required on urgent basis as my mother heart operation has to be done.

Some Certificates are enclosed for your reference only.

Request you to please provide my money urgently.
