Humsafar Matrimony Service - Matrimonial Fraud

I ,Satish Chandra Gupta aged ** years has been searching suitable match for my grand daughter ku. Aakriti aged **for which I had registered her Profile with Shaadi.com and jeevan Saathi.com. I am also view the matrimonial appeared in new papers.*n **.*.**** I find a very attractive add in Danik Jagran, and asked my daughter to contact with advertiser on given mobile no.**********. She made call from her mobile no.********** and the call was picked up by one madam Shikha who confirmed that this add was given by us(Humsafer Matromony) on behalf of their registered member and during conversation, she proposed to exchange Profiles,which we agreed.She sent the Profile of Siddhart Gupta to us and we sent our profile in exchange on **.*.**.The Profile of Siddarth was nice showing educational qualification as B.Tech & MBAfrom IIM, working as senior software engineer in MNC at Gurugram. The Profile did not contained contact number thus my daughter asked madam Sikha to provide the same.Madam Sikha clarify that unless you become registered member of Humsafer Matrimony ,she is enable to intimate contact number and tried convince my daughter that they will provide excellent matrimonial service for a period of * months for viewing unlimited profiles on payment of ₹****.** .She had refused provide contact number of siddhart's parents,subsequently we refused for registration.She had constantly persueing the matter. On *.*.** she had informed us that Siddhart's parent like your daughter Profile and they want further conversation to- day ( free time being Sunday) it is likely end of your search for suitable match.She had created highly immotionable feelings in our family members,thus we decide to registered the Profile with them (Humsar Matronomy) by making payment of ₹****.**. Madam Sikha assured for instant registration/ intimating contact and had given bank details as"SBI a/ c.no ********** IFSC SBIN *******ADB,Sarnath, Varansi" and we made payment by HDFC Bank (IFSC HDFC*******,UPI ************ ) at *.**pm on *.*.**. Subsequently we received another call this time another madam Dolly was on line from same mobile number.She confirmed receipt of payment and demanded pay another ₹****.** toward cost of registration forms.we declined to pay extra payment asking her refund payment ₹****. She promised to revert on this subject after consulting branch head in **/** minutes.Some time later we recieved another call and this time madam Shikha was on line and she said we are processing registration and posting the Profile on their Matrimony site in one hour time and shall share the contact number of Siddhart's parents.We hope to received positive confirmation from madam Sikha but not received her call by *.**p thus made several calls to her after * pm but no one picked up our call.Ultimately we received call from her and she expressed her inability for registration/ posting Profile due to system failure and assured to complete entire process by *.** pm on next day (*.*.**) positively ,otherwise She will refund our payment.We had no option except to waite. On *.*.** She confirm registration/ posting Profile on their website and informed contact no.of Siddhart's parents as ***********.She also provide details of profiles which do not have parameters nor she asked us to create login ID and password for assess to view profiles.She assured for necessary correction on *.*.**. We made several call on ********** on *th Feb.** from our mobile no.********** & **********,but no one taken our call so we made contact to Madam Sikha who said that she had received call from Siddhart's parent stating that they are busy with guest as such they had not pick up our call. She advised us to have conversation to-marrow. We notice from true caller that we had made call to OFFICER UTTAR PRADESH EAST. On *.*.** we made call to siddhart's parents and one lady picked our call and said that yesterday her mobile accidently fallen in bucket and screen gone blank.She kept the mobile in sunshine to dry and mobile started working during night.Instead of reveal her name,she said "She is mother of Siddhart and had received the Profile of Aakrite Gupta from Humsafar.The Profile of Aahriti as forwarded by us contain special note "SHE WILL CONTINUE HER PRESENT JOB TO ACHIEVE HIGHER POSITION BY SINCERE HARDWORKING" The mother of Siddhart during conversation appreciated the profile and said that in case of marriage Aakriti has to resign from her job and shall confined to home as house wife only. She did not like further conversation .The matter is considered as closed from her side.It indicate that we are being cheated by Humsar Matromony in planned way I.e preparation of fake Profile, advertising in large circulation (Danik Jagran) Newpaper, providing/exchanging of profiles, creating immotional pressure, delay in registration, providing contact number their associate involved in scam, dictating reasons for rejection, fail to proving further services, and no further communication to view profiles on registered E mail ID "kusa**** @ g mail.com. We had made another call to siddhart mother true caller show call made to"Nidhi VNS ** sparm report" We tried to several call to contact madam Sikha, but she had not taken our call. The matter kindly be investigation as per your procedure and such ppi should restricted to work to save public at large to protect from such fraud & cheating and shall appreciate if money cheated from us,be refunded.
