I purchased a set of Kitchen Utensils on line and made payment from the ICICI Bank account on **.**.****. On **.**.**** I called them on their help number and they said the materials cannot be delivered and money will be refunded. During last ** days, they remained completely silent and never gave me any intimation about the non-availability of the materials nor refunded any money. Now on my enquiry, they are saying they will refund the money , which is very doubtful. In any case, it is a very dubious transaction and apart from the monetary loss it gave me a mental shock as after this I will be very scared to do any online purchase
