Eagle vision security and power solutions - Materials not deliver

The below mentioned material was sent from Erode to Villupuram dated at **/**/**** consignment no: ***********. But almost * days have passed and still material has not been handed in properly to our office. Material was returned back to hub without any proper intimation (Simply mentioned door lock reason without any evidence). Because of irresponsible activity of St. Courier villupuram Branch activity our Business Service activity reduced and we lost some amount. Our management decided to totally stop the courier activity to St.Courier here after FYI. Kindly evaluate Villupuram Branch really running as per protocol or not.
