Aliasgar Rangwala - Material which i received is not wearable as per what i demand

I purchase some clothes from one lady who is doing business of material dresses lots of other items through by social media. I get touch in whatsApp group from there add I ordered some materials in which my community wear. I m belongs to Dawoodi Bohra community so we wear traditional dresses Like Rida so I ordered Rida material from that lady and with that guy. The material which I received is not upto my Mark it's not Rida and very thin and transparent material. I asked customer kindly replace this material with other material. She started argue with me and asking me to send videos I send them. After that she asked me opening vds of parcel when I place the order she has not tell any terms conditions to me. No return no refund policy and when u received the parcel when I do open I have to make videos. They haven't send me Bill which I purchase and not send me tracking number. Secondly I ordered masela also for praying namaaz but that parcel also I didn't received yet and when I asked tracking number she didn't give me. Now she blocked me and make exit to me in her broadcast group. So I want to file case against her.
