Pireni fashion - Material supplied different than the ordered

I ordered a "Sea Green Best Desiger Long Gown For Woman" suit for Rs ****.** on online shopping website ---pireni.in ---whereas I received three kurta plazo set instead what I ordered. A photo of item received was sent to the email address : pireni.fashion@gmail.com –as notified in the online site with a request to arrange replacement of items immediately.
Even after several reminder emails , I am not getting any response.
Also tried to contact several times on the mobile number provided ********** but the number always found switched off.
